About Us

Jerry Emrick is Vice President at Welsh & Associates Inc., and is a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) through the National Association of Personnel Services. His 30-year career spans human resources, training and sales, as well as management positions in both public relations and office management services for Fortune 500 companies. Jerry holds a Bachelor's degree from Michigan State University.

Jerry provides candidate recruiting services for managerial, professional, engineering and technical positions. His success has been built on developing partnering relationships with his clients and presenting candidates who not only meet key job requirements and experience, but also who exhibit strengths and interests aligned to the culture of his clients.

Throughout his career, Jerry has held an active interest in developing people and contributing to his community. He was an Instructor of The Dale Carnegie Course® for several years, has taught leadership courses for one of the areas largest employers and served as a Loaned Executive serving the Kalamazoo United Way.
